My health journey started when I was a teenager, dealing with severe hormonal fluctuations and PMS symptoms. Following inaccurate health recommendations and a PCOS diagnosis, I was prescribed birth control pills. However, instead of helping, they only created more issues. I started delving in holistic health and nutrition at a very young age to figure out my various symptoms including fatigue, weight fluctuations, mood changes, skin and GI issues. Some ideas worked better than others but all temporary, and everything eventually stopped working and I would be back to square one. I tried every diet under the sun, including: Low carb, carnivore, fodmap, gluten free, dairy free, keto, vegan, etc. In my life time I have owned and used various healing modalities including: IV therapies, nutritional supplements, ionic foot baths, ozone therapy and EBOO, HBOT, coffee enemas, parasite cleanses, heavy metal chelation, IR sauna, several frequency devices (Amp-Coil, AO scanner, Photon Sound Beam), colon hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage massage, etc. I ended up spending upwards of 100K just to feel better and be able to participate in daily life. In 2020, my health took a turn for the worse leaving me bedbound for a few months. Looking for more answers, I discovered the work of Dr. Raymond Peat. I started applying Ray’s research on physiology, metabolism and regeneration to my daily life and slowly started to feel better and achieve the best metabolic health I have ever experienced. It is now my passion to help others achieve optimum health through proper nutrition and lifestyle.

Are These Struggles Holding You Back?

Exhausted and Running on Empty

Constant fatigue, insomnia, and reliance on coffee or other stimulants can leave you feeling drained—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Struggling to keep up with daily demands, you may find it difficult to fully engage in relationships or enjoy life’s simplest moments. Hormonal imbalances, such as PCOS, PMS, infertility, and perimenopause only amplify these challenges, making every day feel like an uphill battle.

Trapped in a Cycle

You might feel stuck in an endless loop—too exhausted to take action and too overwhelmed to find solutions. Mounting financial stress from missed work or costly medical treatments adds to the burden. Most importantly, you’re longing to reclaim your sense of purpose and vitality, desperate for a solution to stop the spiral and rediscover the energy to truly live.

The toll doesn’t stop at energy levels. Feelings of sadness, irritability, and frustration spill over into your personal and professional life, creating conflict and even fear of losing relationships or your job. Physically, issues like irregular periods, weight fluctuations, hair loss, and skin concerns add another layer of frustration, often leaving you feeling disconnected from your own body.
